From quick thoughts to organised notes

Sometimes you just need to write something down before you forget it. Other times you want to collect longer notes, pictures and tasks. Malm Notes supports both, without an account with me.

When is the app useful?

Write down an idea before you forget it, make a shopping checklist, or organise longer notes into folders. Add a reminder for something you want to follow up later.

What it does

  • Write and format. Use text, headings, pictures and checklists. Changes are saved as you write.
  • Stay organised. Group notes into folders, add tags and pin the most important ones.
  • Find things and get reminders. Search your content and set reminders for notes or separate tasks.
  • Keep your content. Use your notes offline. Back up to a file or choose backups to your own Google Drive.

Data and connections

Notes are stored locally on your device. Google Drive is used only if you connect your account for backups.
