Technical details
The entire website is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework, build step or database. This makes the pages load almost immediately, leaves nothing to maintain beyond the content and keeps running costs limited to the domain. The calculation logic is separated from the interface and covered by automated tests, so an incorrect number in a requirements table is caught before it reaches users.
