The person first
A conversation can start with a message and continue with a call. In Malm Orbit you can find both under the same person, instead of looking through separate apps.
When is the app useful?
Find the person you want to contact and see previous calls and messages in one place. Continue the conversation with a text or call, without switching between separate phone and messaging apps.
What it does
- See the conversation. Follow messages and calls in a shared timeline for each person.
- Make and receive calls. Use Orbit as your default phone app, with a dialpad and call history.
- Send messages. Use Orbit as your default messaging app for SMS, MMS and group conversations.
- Find people quickly. Find the people you keep in touch with in the Orbit view, or use contacts and favourites.
Data and connections
Orbit needs Android permissions for calls, contacts and messages. Calls and SMS/MMS use your mobile carrier, and the app must be selected as the default for these features.
